What we collect
– Information you give us: your name, email address, and the location you share when you register for a seminar, join a membership, make a donation, create an account, or write to us.
– Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your payment, but we never see or store your full card number.
– Basic technical data: like most websites, our site uses cookies and server logs (browser type, pages visited) to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it
– To deliver what you signed up for: seminar links, membership access, receipts, and updates about The X-Challenges.
– To answer your messages.
– To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

What we never do
– We do not sell or rent your personal information.
– We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with
Only the service providers who help us run the site and our programs (for example, our web host, Stripe for payments, and our email and meeting tools), and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

Children
Our programs are designed for families. Registrations and payments are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices
You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you emails. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
